Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• Don’t send spam or use lead data in violation of applicable communication and privacy laws.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the leads you import and the sites you generate. You’re responsible for how you use them and for ensuring you have the right to contact the businesses you reach out to.

Trials & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Free trials convert only if you choose to upgrade. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. AI-generated audits and site copy may contain inaccuracies — review them before sharing with clients. We don’t guarantee specific results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use means acceptance.
